Here's how it works:

Complete and submit the form below as many times as you wish with as many potential new customers you can think of.
We will enter the new customer info into our computer with your name (the first person to refer a particular customer is the one who gets the credit)
When they order $500 worth of food (and pay for it), our computer will generate a letter to you letting you know that 500 points additional Brownie Points have been added to your account. The new customer will get an extra 500 points the next time they order on line.
